Yet more Orcs of the White Serpent

A couple more conversions and kitbashes. For my thoughts on animal-headed goblins, see here!

  1. They are a real treat. Great outside the box ideas with the heads...the Skaven fellow looks particularly nasty.

    1. Any chance you can give me a quick tutorial on the rusty metal please?

    2. Sure - it's entirely the technique that GW does in one of their videos. So, black undercoat, then a quick coat of Vallejo natural steel (or GW Leadbelcher or whatever). Then a coat/wash of GW Typhus Corrosion (textured paint used straight from the pot). Next is a drybrushing with the GW rust paint (I forget what it's called - Rhiza Rust or something). Finally, I use silver to pick out edges and scratches. That's it!

    3. Many thanks for that... I'll have a crack at it as soon as I can.

  2. It's always surprising how a good paintjob can make different models look like being made for each other!
